Return request

Its our aim at A&B Store to provide our customers a 28 days money back guarantee and support services. If you're not completely satisfied with an item you bought, you may return it within 28 days of the purchase date and as long as the item isn't worn, fitted or used, we're happy to receive it back for a refund/exchange/store credit.

Returned goods must be in their original condition and include all parts, accessories, tags and packaging (Please note that items showing signs of usage, wear or those that have been customised or damaged in any way by the customer can not be accepted for return).

Refunds will automatically be issued to the same payment method used to purchase the goods. As soon as your return has been processed, we'll email to let you know. In the unlikely event you do not receive this email of refund within 10 days of posting the item back to us, please get in touch with us by emailing or by telephone on +44 (0) 1418465354 or through My Account on our website.

NOTE: Please make sure that we receive the returned item(s) within 28 days of the purchased date. Otherwise we have the right to refuse your return(s).

Return postage costs are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.

If the item is being returned as a result of our error (damaged, defective or wrong item sent etc) we will refund the relevant postage cost.
